I have made the payment through the POS and I cannot access

If you have made the payment correctly and cannot access the platform, it is possible that your registration has not been completed correctly.

Solution:
Re-register again and the system will not ask you for payment again.

I can't change course

To make the course change you must follow these steps:
Access the Profile section -> In the NEW COURSE CODE field, enter the code for the new level, which appears on the back cover of your new book.
Enter the code of your center (this code must be provided by your center)

In the event that the student is the one who directly pays for their license, a virtual POS will appear to be able to do so

If you have made the payment, but still see the book from the previous year, repeat the steps above and the system will no longer ask for the payment and will make the course change.
